February 1999: Viander "il Mangiarbene" is born in the green heart of Italy, Umbria.
In a corner of the world where nature shows beauty and spirituality, Viander grows and draws inspiration for his "mission" from the pages of the oldest special recipe book of the 14th century: "Le Viandier", written by Guillaume Tirel known as Taillevent , chief cook of the kitchens of France at the court of Charles VI.
Since its inception, Viander has always kept faith with the same principles of quality and innovation that made that manuscript a milestone in high-level nutrition.
